**5.2.1. Individual SAFT Agreements for Institutional Investors**

At this moment, the availability for new **institutional partners** is closed, as we are in **multiple negotiations** and **finalizing deals**. The **VC round** is strictly limited to ensure **minimal sell pressure** on the **Silicon Valley AI Agents LaunchPad** community.

* **Official Token Price**: The official price for the **VC round** is set at **$0.08 per token**, but it may be adjusted **upward** if specific **KPIs** are not met by a particular **VC** or institutional investor.
* **Terms & Conditions**: Terms for VCs and institutional investors are outlined in **individual SAFT agreements**, based on their **potential added value** and contributions to the project. The final price will be determined by the fulfillment of the agreed **KPIs**, but it will **never** be lower than **$0.08 per token**.
* **Smart Money Focus**: The **Silicon Valley AI Agents LaunchPad** team is specifically focused on attracting **“smart money” institutional investors** who can leverage the project’s position within the Web3 and AI ecosystem. Institutional investors without additional **strategic value** will not be accepted.
