5.3.1. The Equity Sale will be available after the TGE (Token Generation Event).

At the moment, participation in the equity sale is not available. Silicon Valley AI Agents Orchestration C(H+A)RM has closed a Letter of Intent regarding a lead equity investment with one of our general partners. A potential future equity sale will open after the TGE, initial user onboarding, and data collection.
