# 5.3. For VCs: Equity Sale

**5.3.1.** The **Equity Sale** will be available after the **TGE** (Token Generation Event).

At the moment, participation in the **equity sale** is not available. **Silicon Valley AI Agents Orchestration C(H+A)RM** has closed a **Letter of Intent** regarding a lead **equity investment** with one of our general partners. A potential future **equity sale** will open **after the TGE**, initial **user onboarding**, and **data collection**.
